Delivery and Payment
Here you will find an overview of delivery and payment options at berserkr.cz. Available methods and their final prices depend on your delivery country and are shown at checkout before you submit your order.
Delivery
Dispatch and delivery within Czechia
We dispatch orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The cutoff for dispatch that day is 17:00 Czech local time. Orders received after the cutoff or on another day are dispatched on the next dispatch day.
Delivery within Czechia takes 1–2 business days after handover to the carrier. Including the wait for dispatch, the total estimate is usually 1–4 business days from ordering. Weekends and public holidays can move the delivery date.
Personal collection
Free of charge, by prior arrangement. We will email you when your order is ready for collection.
Delivery within Czechia
The following prices and free delivery thresholds apply to delivery within Czechia when paying in Czech crowns. Prices include VAT.

You can choose a Zásilkovna or PPL collection point during checkout. We will notify you by email or SMS when your parcel is ready to collect.
International delivery
International delivery is available by courier (PPL Parcel Connect) or to a collection point (PPL Parcel Smart Europe), depending on the destination. Select your delivery country and, where available, your collection point at checkout.
Prices below are in euros and include VAT. Czech free delivery thresholds do not apply to international delivery. For Slovakia, delivery costs 4 € to a collection point or 8 € to your address.

Free of charge. Fast and secure payment using a compatible Apple device, through Shoptet Pay.
Google Pay
Free of charge. Fast and secure payment using your Google account, through Shoptet Pay.
Online card payment
Free of charge. Immediate payment through the Shoptet Pay payment gateway. We accept common payment cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
Cash on collection
Free of charge. Pay in cash when collecting your order in person.
Bank transfer
Free of charge. Payment details are provided after you complete your order.
Card on collection
Free of charge. Pay by card when collecting your order in person.

- The final delivery and payment price is always displayed during checkout. Only the payment methods offered for your order can be selected.
- Failure to collect a parcel does not constitute withdrawal from the purchase contract.
