DRAUGR · ramen
Ingredients: beef, beef stock (drinking water, beef bones), soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, salt, sugar, colour: ammonia caramel), oyster sauce (tapioca starch, oyster flavouring (molluscs), colour: caramel E150a, thickener: xanthan gum, hydrolysed vegetable protein), rice vinegar (antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite), spring onion, lime, garlic, parsley, fresh coriander, lemongrass, ground ginger, star anise.
Allergens: Soybeans, wheat (gluten), molluscs, metabisulphites.
VALHALLA · barbecue
Ingredients: Beef, crushed tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice), onions (red, spring), ketchup (water, tomato purée, modified starch, salt, vinegar, spice extracts), drinking water, spice blend (mustard flakes), sunflower oil, sugar, garlic, corn starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), glucose syrup.
Allergens: Mustard.
KJØTT · dried steak tartare
Ingredients: beef, drinking water, tomato purée, sugar, mustard seeds, vinegar (spirit vinegar, barley malt vinegar), salt, paprika, caraway, black pepper, soybeans, wheat, anchovies (fish), modified starch, onion, garlic, colour (ammonia caramel), acidity regulator (citric acid), turmeric, molasses, tamarind extract, flavourings.
Allergens: Gluten (barley, wheat), mustard seeds, soybeans, fish (anchovies). May contain traces of eggs, celery, sesame, crustaceans and milk.
SKOGR · forest blend
Ingredients: beef, red wine (contains sulphur dioxide), cranberries, red onion, salt, parsley leaves, sunflower oil, sugar, garlic, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium ribonucleotides), spice blend, dried vegetables (parsnip, onion, garlic, celery), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), colour (ammonia caramel), dried porcini mushrooms (0.2%), mushroom flavouring.
Allergens: Celery, sulphur dioxide. May contain traces of gluten, eggs, milk, soy, mustard, sesame and peanuts.
BUSHIDO · teriyaki & peanuts
Ingredients: beef, peanuts, drinking water, sugar, lime, salt, honey, wine vinegar, fermented dried soy sauce (soybeans), wine, ground ginger, caramelised sucrose syrup, yeast extract, flavouring, chilli extract, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate).

Crystallised salt and minerals can form a white coating on the surface. This type of coating is not a defect.
Is the small sachet inside edible?
No. The oxygen absorber inside the packaging is not intended for consumption.
How long does the jerky keep?

How should I store it after opening?
Follow the instructions on the packaging. We recommend consuming within 3 days of opening.
What if the meat is too hard?
If the meat is too firm, open the pouch and let it rest for a while. It may soften slightly in a more humid environment.
